Organizational information about your vacation
In order that you can prepare and look forward to your stay at the Dornauhof, we have summarized everything you need to know here.
Cancellation conditions & travel cancellation insurance
If you cancel within two weeks of the day of arrival, 50% of the room price will be charged.
If you cancel 6 to 2 weeks before arrival, there are no cancellation costs; the deposit will be retained.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the agreed price.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We can also offer you travel cancellation insurance upon request.
The travel cancellation protection costs EUR 50 per person for the entire holiday period. When making your inquiry and booking, please indicate that you would like to book this service.
This is an hotel-internal travel insurance, which guarantees you free cancellation at any time if you book additionally.
Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
Reservation
A reservation in our hotel is usually made by email. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive your offer or reservation confirmation - sometimes our emails get lost there :-)
We would be happy to fulfill your room requirements if possible. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific room numbers or floors. This also applies to table requests in the restaurant.
Payment terms
You can pay the hotel bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or Master Card. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
In order to avoid any payment problems on the day of departure, you are welcome to transfer an amount for your vacation to our account in advance.
The prices listed are per person and day and include all taxes, excluding local tax of € 1.80 per person and day (from 15 years). From November 1st, 2024 the local tax is €2.50 per person per day (from 15 years).

Prices
- Our prices are per person and night.
- All prices listed include the Dornauhof half-board and all taxes excluding local tax of € 1.80 per person per day. From November 1st, 2024 the local tax is € 2.50 per person per day.
- Reduction for overnight stays with breakfast only € 10,- per person per day.
- We offer discounts for children if there are 2 full-paying adults in the room.
- Single room supplement: Supplement for single use of a double room: €30,- to €50,- per day – depending on the season!
Arrival and departure
The Dornauhof half-board begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you are arriving very late, please let us know early enough so that we can give you further information about check-in.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
